Dementia Support Groups
Hospice Care of Middletown, in partnership with area assisted living and nursing communities, is proud to provide
on-going support for those caring for loved ones with dementia. This is a
free service and is open to the public.
Grief Support
Hospice Care of Middletown offers bereavement services to the community as a way to say, “thank you” to those who have supported us over the years.
Group support is offered twice yearly - spring and fall- but individual counseling is available.
2024 Mother’s Day 5K
Thank you to all the people who came out for our 14th Annual Mother’s Day 5K Run/Walk. The 5K supports the valuable services and programs Hospice Care of Middletown provides to our community. It was a resounding success!
