Recently, Hospice Care of Middletown was recognized by HealthCare First as one of only two hospices in Ohio to achieve Hospice Honors Elite status.

Hospice CAHPS Honors Elite is a prestigious annual review that recognizes agencies that continuously provide quality care as measured from the patient and caregiver point of view. The award acknowledges the highest performing agencies by analyzing the performance of Hospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) satisfaction surveys. The awards are an exclusive recognition for hospice agencies that have selected HEALTHCAREfirst as their hospice survey partner.

Hospice Care of Middletown rated at the top in Ohio and #3 in the Nation

The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) recently released findings from family / caregiver surveys. Every caregiver of a hospice patient in the U.S. receives this survey after their loved one passes. Based on these results, Hospice Care of Middletown ranked at the very top of all 113 hospices in Ohio and third (of 3,035) in the entire nation. To say we’re humbled and proud would be an understatement.
